Overview
Clearinity is a B2B ecommerce consulting firm that focuses on inventory management system implementation and operations optimization.
The CEO was seeking brand management and content creation in early 2020.
Over 3 years, I was able to help grow the company 3x over and saved the CEO 35% of his time.
Approach
Clearinity was a monthly retainer project. With this approach, I was able to dig deep into the business and align better with the internal team.
Our initial engagement started with blog writing and quickly moved into infrastructure development and data automation. Moving their website from Squarespace to WordPress and completing a rebrand on marketing documents was our first step in developing a core foundation for the rest of the infrastructure. From there, I was able to help develop a content universe based on the customer journey and the ideal client profiles. This allowed us to have content that supported email campaigns and monthly partner outreach. It also allowed us new data insights into our ideal clientele, what they were thinking, reading, and emotionally drawn to click through allowed us to optimize the branding and curate the service experience exactly to them.
After we secured the initial infrastructure and detailed the highest-priority initiatives, I was able to conduct a a yearly marketing plan. This yearly marketing plan details out initiatives, campaigns, deliverables, and even delegation strategies.
At the end of our engagement, the CEO and myself began to reconstruct and review business verticals. With mergers and acquisitions occurring throughout Clearinity's primary industry, it became clear that diversification was needed to maintain the 3x growth. Clearinity was able to pivot into strictly service and SaaS while maintaining reoccurring revenue.
